$10.00 per signature or action for each page to complete + Plus $20.00 service fee for each half hour - plus .65 cents per mile travel fee, there is a fee of $1.00 per each initial required also. ** MINIMUM FEE IS: $55.00
Court Witness Telephone Hearing Notary (not available at this time)

$75.00 UP TO $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the first 30 minutes on site due when scheduling appointment to secure time and date for service. NOTE: An additional $20.00 for each half hour thereafter waiting time until dismissed by the court agent.

There is a $20.00 service fee for ALL notary calls for every half hour, plus $10.00 per signature or action for each page to complete. A fee of .65 cents per mile over 10 miles to travel to the assignment.
